How can I use Spark OCR to convert tif to text?

I am doing conversion from tif to text.

method1:
I am reading tif as image(using spark)
df=spark.read.format("image").load(".tif")
and trying to pass this image to imagetotext, i am getting issue on valid data type was not passed. Cant we pass the image directly like this.
checked documentation on image struct schema. data types are matching between spark df and ocr image schema. Still its not taking that.
do we need to convert the image to binary and then to text. Cant we avoid binarytoimage?

method2:
tried second menthod as
df=spark.read.format("binaryFile").load(".tif")
pass this df to binarytouimage and then to imagetotext.this is working fine for on page.
remaining 2 pages of tif file are not getting displayed.
i want to read tif at one shot and provide respective text.do you have any simple solution on this.

Right now Spark OCR Image is not compatible with Spark Image.
