tested with ansible-role-bootstrap, running 'tox' worked. only difference i made from that test to this impl is that i replaced the 'image' of 'bullseye' with 'ubuntu-22.04'. should be a valid id as documented here: https://github.com/devcontainers/images/tree/28a3940f929780cb2e2da4f9aa11f793dffe073f/src/base-ubuntu reference comment: #84 (comment)
