4x3 Fixes

kbnhud-master/^customizations/#resolutions. -
To enable 4x3 mode, change the name of the
_4x3folder to4x3, and then change the name of the16x9folder to_16x9. -
To disable 4x3 mode, change the name of the folder
4x3back to_4x3, and then change the name of the folder_16x9back to16x9.
