LGTM. Are there any fixes in those version that you need specifically?

Nope. Got a GitHub notification for lodash, which triggered me to update: https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2018-16487

And thought I'd update lunr.js as well, see that some fixes and perhaps even performance improvements were made.

Alright, if it's a CVE then I think it's worth backporting this and making a release.
