All of these should be parse errors:

julia> [1,1]]]]
[1,1]

julia> {1,1}}}}
{1,1}

julia> (1,1))))
(1,1)

This is just a symtom of a more general problem, which is that the repl (and perhaps the parser) still accept arbitrary amounts of trailing junk after a valid expression.
