LazyString in reinterpretarray error messages #54704

This should remove the dynamic dispatch flagged by JET, e.g. in

julia> using JET

Just out of curiosity, is there a reason you don't use the lazy macro? E.g lazy"Error: $foo is not a Foo" instead of LazyString("Error: ", foo, " is not a Foo")?

Yes, the macro is not defined yet when this code is loaded.
