Packages Required

pip install the following packages:

• flask
• Flask-restful

Execution Steps

• Run the flask server:

python flaskmain.py

• The server is now running on localhost:5000
• Open the sample upload files page - upload_image.html
• Select the files to be uploaded(multiple files) and submit
• All files will be stored in a directory named 'Sample' (It will create one if directory does not exist)
• The R Script sample.R will be executed and a test JSON is returned to the POST request
