Cleanup for #2323: removing code source from documentation branch. #2342

Starting the process of documentation refresh. First: remove code sources from KOS/KOS gh-pages branch.

@MaraRinn - can you please describe more about this? This removes a lot of files and I'd like to be certain it's the right thing to do. If I understand, you are saying the gh-pages branch has things in it that are not the HTML files?

Okay I just looked. Holy cow it does have all the other source files in there. Yeah that's quite wrong. It should just be the tree of files that get hosted on the docs site (mostly just html files).

It did not used to look like that. We must have done an incorrect commit at some point and not noticed it because the correct files were all still there so it worked, even though there's lots of additional files there too.

Yes, the gh-pages branch has the entire master branch in it. It might be possible to go back through the commit tree and find a commit to start a new gh-pages branch from, and delete this branch. But this cleanup is part of getting the gh-pages documentation up to scratch to update the KOS-DOC site.
