Fixes #2798 by creating an entire page documenting the boot process, and linking to it from the quickstart tutorial.
I was going to put step by step instructions for running a boot file in the quickstart itself, but after realizing how many details there were about the boot process on the boot page, I decided instead that the quickstart tutorial should merely mention that booting exists and link to the boot documenation page. (Rather than making the tutorial itself USE booting and require people to read the complex rules about booting before continuing their quickstart tutorial.)
