Now also removes blank lines!

Added a Makefile for those unix/cygwin junkies who want to automate their build pipeline (like I do).

Hi sorry this has taken me so long to get round to.
Thanks for the updated pack.sh and makefile.

Couple of minor things.

Could you move the makefile into the stripper directory. I know it has to be in the same directory as the library files to run, but pretty much everything else needs to be merged into one directory by the user when they download the pack. The folders are really just for organising the repository.

Also could you remove the .ksp file extension. A lot of the time scripts and people use the command run filename. with no extension. In order for their scripts to run the new packed files they will either need to change every run command in them to run filename.ksp. (which prevents scripts auto selecting the compiled .ksm files when available) or go through and rename all the .ksp files to .ks.
