We remove QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission from the manifest file of the platform variant.
In this case the test will be bypassed to evaluate the permissions below, which requires special conditions.
- LIST_ENABLED_CREDENTIAL_PROVIDER
- READ_APP_SPECIFIC_LOCALES
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGE permission will be evaluated with the normal variant.
