Adding shell Script to run tests and pending support
This PR add few tests in order to manage pending within Ditto 🧪.
However, be careful when submitting a pending test, because computation time between different clients can be slightly divergent, so the RPC response data will be different when its come to pending testing.
I also added a shell script to launch targeted tests 📃.
