Add Home Assistant sensor state_class support #7677

This PR adds support for Home Assistant state_classes to sensors that represent a measurement in the current time.

References/resources:

As of Home Assistant Core 2021.7, it will be used to collect, aggregate and downsampled measurements into a (long-term) statistics database. This data cannot be used yet and is only collected in the database. For the upcoming releases of Home Assistant Core the UI is expected to land.
