PyGObject for Windows named its cairo library as libcairo-gobject-2.dll, which is installed when GTK+ option is checked.
This commit might help cairocffi getting cairo library linked from PyGObject for Windows.

Search for `libcairo-gobject-2.dll` to get compatible with PyGObject for Windows

cairo-gobject is not cairo, and it probably never worked for anyone. It had
been added by #112.

Related to #119.
