Having to swap to the ruler tool to configure visibility and then back to the select tool is an awkward setup.
It's not clear while you're in the select tool whether or not the ruler will be shared unless you first check the ruler tool.
This PR adds all the ruler UI toggles to the select tool, so that no swapping is required.
These toggles are synchronized with the ones in the ruler.
