Continuous development Release
The dev release is a special placeholder release whose purpose is
to store the latest continuous builds of kumomta made on the main branch.
The source archive associated with this release is not useful; it just holds
a README with a slightly different version of this release text.
The other binary artifacts will be updated by CI as builds are produced.
