Hey! I set up my Kuri robot a couple weeks ago without an account / without cloud on Android -- I successfully taught a floor plan and Kuri seemed to be working successfully. At some point (I think after turning on/off via power button), upon re-powering up, Kuri seemed to be stuck turning back on. At some point, it would seem stuck with the cycling white light.

@Boberito25 and I ssh'd into Kuri and checked the state -- it seems to be stuck in onboarding_sleeping. The app seems to think it's already set up; when I try to click 'Reset the floor plan' it recognizes that Kuri is not set up, but it wants me to confirm the account password to continue. But I don't have an account.

Is there a way around this? I tried factory resetting the Kuri and I tried reinstalling the app (and trying a different phone, this time an iPhone) and it doesn't seem to have fixed anything.

It sounds like Kuri was reset accidentally during the "turning on/off via power button" experience and is now waiting to be onboarded again (the cycling white light). I've had some issues trying to re-onboard robots after a reset that were onboarded in "no cloud" mode before. I believe I was successfully able to do so by clicking through the first setup/create an account screen to the second screen where I was prompted to create an account or setup offline. @tisho, do you have some more ideas?

Initially, when I reinstalled the app, it still thought the robot was already set up, so I was still stuck.

@KaijenHsiao reset something on the cloud side, and after that the app correctly realized that the robot needed to be set up again. Unfortunately, it prompted me to log in with my cloud account to confirm that I hadn't stolen it, and it won't let me set it up again until I do that. Since I never made a cloud account, I don't have a password to give it. I can try seeing if it will let me set it up with a cloud account (and then I'll switch to without after), but I don't think it'll let me make the cloud account without the password...
