v0.1.0 - Original GTK2 and glade VCP based interface

This is the original GTK2 and glade VCP based interface. It is mostly functional but is far from complete and may be buggy. I will not be developing this version any further in favor of the GTK3 version, and will not fix any bugs unless there is a specific request from somebody that would like to use it.
