Control4 Driver to programmatically change a T3 Touchscreen's currently active room

Notes:

• If you plan to set a touchscreen to a specific room as part of a schedule, make sure to set option "Return to Home After..." to "Never" in the touchscreen Device Settings.
• This currently does not work with T4 Touchscreens (working in progress)
