Copy over content from old wiki

• Copied over all content from the old wiki
• Updated about & sidebar with new git links & contributors (myself)

Notes:

• We need to link between pages on some of these
• It still uses the old wiki's assets. This is fine for now (imo), but should be resolved at some point in the future, when we update & improve these pages
• We should probably make a MelonLoader version of these / split this up more to represent both BepInEx & Melonloader

MelonLoader version seems like something we should play by ear - MelonLoader isn't currently on the LC thunderstore, and the BepInEx ML compatibility layer works, but is currently broken with mod installers, and ebkr seemed to want to avoid fixing it unless it ends up being necessary

eventually the setup guide should cover how to install your mods to your r2modman profile (or some other way of explaining how to merge r2 & manual installs for testing)

don't think it needs to be added right now though

honestly rider is "pro .NET dev" enough that I doubt many new modders will use it
might be worth doing one of the following:

• add clickable dropdowns for Rider/vs to clear a bit of screenspace in IDE-specific sections
• seperate it out into two guides
• just focus on vs

more of a long term formatting thing though, don't think it matters for now

Once this is merged I can make a PR that sets up:

• sidebar for new sections
• shorthand links in index.html
• adding images to this repo instead of hotlinking
