Mobile chrome is fine, desktop Chrome / FF are fine, this only happens on mobile FF Nightly.
URL fragment is changing instantly but the details pane / preview card highlight isn't.
- Suspicious timing, details pane / preview card highlight seem to wait for Button ripple animation

Seems resolved by #14 , which suggests the delay was from rsc requests.
