feat: initial version

Description

Initial version.

Todo:

• make workflow re-usable (tokens to be inputs)
• make script for copr download bulk of script, so it updates automatically
• make action create/update "package" on copr automatically
• add setup and create release to CI (in order to trigger beta/stable copr builds)
• fix branch for file download
