my attempt to reverse engineer DESQview's DOS driver loading tool DEVICE.COM

tools_dir variable in build.bat needs to be set to suits your environment
- add more information to the IDB
- produce ASM file in IDA (called DEVICE.asm)
- merge changes of DEVICE.asm into dv.asm
- test if resulting dv.com is equal to DEVICE.COM using build.bat
- fully revese and document the original
- replace with Borland C version
