Since in German, we cannot do that...
e.g. actually test format of UUID version 4 string

During the merge, I noticed that the version specifier for "selenium-webdriver" was incorrectly placed inside the comment, so I fixed that (not yet `bundle install` executed, will do in next commit)

As we are explicitly comparing to an array of values that contain German words like "Satz" or "Bsp.", we set the language to German here to avoid flaky tests in our pipline.
