Requires: silverstripe/silverstripe-asset-admin#784 which adds the ability to refresh a page
Needs to use a forked repo on oilee80/silverstripe-asset-admin/add-refresh-to-gallery for time being until `silverstripe/silverstripe-asset-admin#784` is merged
Done by passing "readOnly" flag set to true. Also re-factored some of the JS
… "Edit original file" link point to Cloudinary Media Library
