- IsHitTestVisibleInChrome for PART_WindowTitleThumb
- use some internal code in DoWindowTitleThumbMoveOnDragDelta from the org DragMove solves the mouse hover on DataGrid and ListBox etc. but not if the second window is maximized. it seems that the mouse capture is lost on the window...
