Prerelease of fresh rewrite

The original plugin has been rewritten and now supports more A3D file data:

• transform data
• object names
• full material support (except textures)
  This is a prerelease to allow people to access better model support whilst a proper release is finalised, the addon (alternativa3d_tanki_format-1.0.0.zip) can be installed from the blender addon menu.

Install this plugin through Edit > Preferences > Add-ons > Install from disk
