Official 1.12.0 release
-Correct .cps file
- Not, copasi file has true SBML as default
-gitignore file edits
- I added libRR related files to gitignore. (No more file contradictions for libRR while sharing the repo)
- ode-energy-sample makefile edits
- "make reset" was leaving some residues. I fixed that
- some housekeeping
- Three non-used, alpha version sample projects for ode are removed.
- libRR developments
- No more redundant displays at cell birth intracellular readings
