3.2.0 Release

We plan to do a 3.2.0 release. Add features you want to see in the release to this list:

SLF4J

• find all occurences and replace with sfl4j variants
• use logback as default slf4j backend
• transform log4j.properties into logback.xml
• change HTML logging to DailyRollingFileLogger

GeoTools 8.x

• check backend compatibility
