Pods or activities are typically oriented around a few thematic interests, with groups or enthusiasts empowered & supported to run those as they think best.

Activation days (& organizers) often provide some general shared tools & resources that gets used by any/all persons participating, and other tools may be specific to respective activities on the day(s)
