- addMultiSigOwner() : contract owner adds more owner in contract.
- addWhitelistedTokens() for erc20 payment
- proposePayment() anyone can propose the payment but the multi sig owner validates it on their end.
- validatePaymentProposal()" each multisig owner calls this method to vaildate the proposed txn
- finaliseTxn(): txn proposer can call this method after the txn is validated by all limited multi sig owners.
- sendFinalisedTxn(): txn finalizer ie. proposer only can call this method after txn finalising to send the funds.
