This Dockerfile is built without problems. However when running the container, the game server (sampserver) stays initializing the dotnet runtime and does nothing else.

This runtime has problems, since it consumes all the available memory of the current process: https://github.com/Servarr/dotnet-linux-x86/releases/tag/v8.0.4-90

As the game server (sampserver) is 32-bit, a 32-bit dotnet runtime is needed, only there is no official support.

Related: Servarr/dotnet-linux-x86#8

PD: I will merge this PR even though the Dockerfile is unusable.
