blocked by hashicorp/terraform-provider-aws#14142, which is blocked by hashicorp/terraform-provider-aws#14000. Policy has been enabled manually for now. |

#6 is a workaround for the failure in deploying #3 hashicorp/terraform-provider-aws#14142 is to support the new until those upstream issues are fixed, we manually enabled the type and we'll just need to ignore lifecycle changes until the terraform provider will accept the new policy type. |
