Requirements

• To use the plugin you need a MultiSafepay account. You can create a test account on https://testmerchant.multisafepay.com/signup
• PrestaShop 1.7

Installation through backend

1. Login in your backend and navigate to Modules.
2. Click on "Upload a module"
3. Drag and drop Plugin_PrestaShop_4.x.x.zip to have our plugin added to the backend.

Installation through SFTP

1. Extract Plugin_PrestaShop_4.x.x.zip
2. Upload the multisafepay folder to prestashop_root/modules/multisafepay/

Refund within PrestaShop

In version 4.5.0 we've added support for refunding from within Prestashop 1.7. The way you refund is by opening an order and then clicking on 'partial refund', after which you fill in the amount and quantity you want to refund. After clicking on the Refund button, the requested refund is sent and processed automatically within MultiSafepay Control. The refund in this version is limited to partial refund on orders without discounts which have not been paid with Pay After Delivery, Klarna, E-Invoice or Afterpay
