Parity 1.10 Beta for Musicoin Explorer hardfork at block 2,222,222

This is a required Parity upgrade for Musicoin Explorer.

• Install Parity 1.9.3 Beta from https://github.com/paritytech/parity/releases/tag/v1.9.3
• Replace parity binary with the new downloaded 1.10 Beta.

Source code for Parity can be downloaded with:

Note that all builds are 64-bit.
