A Win32 application to bring the fluffy boy into your Windows desktop!
Firstly, go to font folder to install font (i tried to make it loading font dynamically but doesn't work). Then run WindowsApplication1.exe (i'm just lazy changing the name haha) Right-click on Ralsei to show up menu. You can drag Ralsei (when he aren't talking). If he goes offscreen and doesn't reappear, you might need to restart the app.
This project used sounds and image assets and contains spoilers from the game Deltarune by Toby Fox. You can fork this project and make a version of your own (warning: super convoluted code)
