When I implemented the EMLTaxon code, I wrote up a lot of the View-related code on the EML211View instead of in a separate view. This shouldn't be a lot of work and would be a good improvement to the code but since it's not crucial I'm creating this ticket for us to work on at a later date.

Checking in an experimental EMLTaxonView that is not used by the app,
722b1ba 
but was originally created as a start to refactoring the Taxa rendering
in the Editor. See #25
