What is ct-tools?

This is a set of Matlab tools to segment electrodes in CT images of brains and to determine their anatomical locations.

Requirements

Matlab R2021a or later with the Image Processing Toolbox, the Optimazation Toolbox and the Computer Vision Toolbox.

Make sure that the folder is on the Matlab path.
