Description
This PR updates commit hash containing code under mgpu's MR!13. We don't merge that MR yet to keep mgpu's
mainaligned with CUDA-Q'smain.We pump this commit hash to unblock the Publishing pipeline of the experimental branch to produce Docker images.
Example downstream pipeline run: using a test branch to run the downstream pipeline checking out that commit
