Description

This release contains 3 updates to improve functionality for Open eBooks and Books for All:

  1. Some NCES IDs are added for new Title I schools
  2. Grade 4 is moved from Middle to Early grades to better reflect reading levels
  3. opds:since and opds:until attributes are added to open source materials to allow for "loan-like" behavior when necessary (e.g. for Books for All)

Motivation and Context

These changes reflect some requests from our product management team to enable features for these projects

How Has This Been Tested?

Relevant unit tests have been updated and where applicable, code has been exercised locally.

Checklist:

  • I have updated the documentation accordingly.
  • All new and existing tests passed.

In order to allow libraries to set an expected expiration date for open source materials this adds `opds:since` and `opds:until` to the availability object for these materials. This leverages functionality that is already used for loans to create a "loan-like" behavior for these materials (when desired).

This should have no side effects since it's leveraging existing attributes but this should be tested to be true.
These IDs correspond to Title I schools which should be eligible for the Open eBooks project
