After some time using this I think its safe enough to use.
- Requires .NET Framework 4.5
- Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 x86 (link)
- Extract in Winamp root folder
If the buttons or hotkeys are acting like double presses, enable only WM_APPCOMMAND messages in Winamp configuration.
