We don't have a coveralls setup for Rust yet, right?

At least, a straight forward way has not yet been developed I think. Related links RFC issue, travis hack. May be later...

I haven't looked into it at all. I changed my mind on @homu, it's useful for larger projects but I don't think it provides enough for small projects to pay for the slightly worse integration into github; just using the "no pushing to master, status checks must pass to merge PR" setting should suffice.
