fix: update postgresql_tables.sql reference (kagkarlsson#560)

## Brief, plain english overview of your changes here
PR fixes the broken `postgresql_tables.sql` reference in `README.md`
because of missing "d" in `db-scheduler`. Also it fixes a few typos on
the way.
