Cosmic Comics -- 1.2.0 -- Themes are coming....

• Themes are coming (up to X themes included, 1 customizable and an infinite can be created, the limit is your computer space (Just kidding this may not work well...)
• Faster covers extraction (really) but added another step, the conversion into WebP, which is really good!
• WebP conversion has been added for 2 reasons :

1. Saved disk space.
2. More performance.
   It's a little bit slower than just the extraction but really useful

• You can now disactivate the covers extraction once or for all time in the settings.
• Themes are set automatically the month of October (halloween) and December (X-Mas), you can disable this in the settings.

The first release after 2 months of active development.
Please download the right file corresponding to your OS and Architecture (x64, ia32(x86), ARM64).

Note: MACOS is not tested but may work and you also getting the default electron icons and not the app's icons (because I didn't convert the images in the MACOS format), this will be available soon...

I know I have made many files for all platforms and architectures... if someone tell me that I forgot an architecture ....
