I've discovered a bug in the Cohorts module -> Inclusion Rules & Attrition tab. The results don't seem to be loading, I am getting a forever-spinning loading icon.

@jreps - I thought we had fixed this issue in a past PR. Does it ring a bell? Any ideas why this may be happening? This is using the latest release of OhdsiShinyModules and ShinyAppBuilder.
