#Description
PGMLab is application for performing both learning and inference on probabilistic graphical models. From the start every effort has been made to ensure the tool runs as fast as possible. PGMLab is composed of a shared library written in the programming language C and, at this point, two interfaces have been created to access this functionality. These interfaces are a command line interface, also written in C, and a R package that allows users to call the shared object from the statistical programming language R.
