Changes to TA sign script to sign TAs as Bootstrap TAs (img_type == SHDR_BOOTSTRAP_TA) instead of the legacy TA format (img_type == SHDR_TA). Signed-off-by: Jens Wiklander <jens.wiklander@linaro.org>
