@PeterBau is there interest from you in keeping GDAL Rasdaman driver alive ?

After investigated with the Rasdaman team, they don't have resources for that currently. Let's move the driver to https://github.com/OSgeo/gdal-extra-drivers where it can be resurected from if needed

Driver has now been removed from OSGeo/GDAL and moved to OSGeo/gdal-extra-drivers (OSGeo/gdal-extra-drivers@ffe0c44)
