Added room name QR code scanning to ease the use of random rooms from Google Colab.
Added new field to set custom resolution/fps settings in "WIDTH,HEIGHT,FPS" format.

If FPS is set to 0, local camera video is not streamed to peer.
FPS=0 can be used for example when peer is streaming back a processed YouTube video or is on a remote device which cannot display our local video.
