This PR removes some unused fields from the node template's rpc builder.
These came to my attention because clippy caught them at some point. I kind of prefer not to remove them because they are likely to be used if you add almost any rpc endpoint. And also because I like to stay closer to the upstream templates. It seems clippy is not alerting on them right now, so I'll leave this as a draft and see if we want it at some point.
